Baroque style dresser Napoleon III period
A fabolous baroque Napoleon III dresser.
The baroque styled dresser is made in walnut and ornated with marquetry in rosewood and violet wood.
The dresser had been designed and manufactured by the 19century ebenists "Van Den Branden et fils" in Malines, a region well known since the Medievals for their fine sculptures and carving skills.
And this dresser is a beautifull example of that tradition of craftmanship.
